1. Overview
Midori ("the App") is built with privacy by design. We believe your personal data belongs to you, and the App is designed to operate without tracking, profiling, or collecting your personal information.
2. Data Collection and Local Storage
- Personal Data Collection: Midori does not track, collect, or store any personal data through the App itself.
- Local Data: All app-related settings, user preferences, and activity data are stored locally on your device. You have full control over this data, and it is removed if you delete the App. If you have enabled automatic iOS/iCloud backups on your device, this local data may be included in your personal backups managed entirely by Apple.
3. Support and Feedback Communications
If you voluntarily contact us via email (v.visakha.dev@gmail.com) for customer support or feedback:
- Information Received: We only receive the information you explicitly choose to send (e.g., your email address, device model, iOS version, and message context).
- Use of Information: This data is strictly used to troubleshoot issues and respond to your support request.
- Data Retention: We retain support emails only for as long as necessary to resolve your request or as required by applicable laws, after which they are deleted.
4. Payments and In-App Purchases
All financial transactions, subscriptions, or purchases are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We do not process, collect, access, or store your payment details, credit card numbers, or billing addresses.
5. Analytics and Third-Party Services
Midori does not use any third-party analytics SDKs, tracking frameworks, or advertising networks. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any personal information with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purposes.
6. Children’s Privacy
Midori is suitable for all ages. Because the App does not collect any personal data from any user, it fully complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards regarding children's privacy.
7. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location, you have rights regarding your personal data (such as support emails sent to us), including:
- The right to request access to the emails you sent us.
- The right to request the deletion of your support emails and communications.
To exercise these rights, simply contact us at v.visakha.dev@gmail.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
